Our commitment
EvidenceKeeper™ is built to protect sensitive documentation. We collect only what is needed to run the service and we never sell your personal data. Your evidence belongs to you.
What we collect
• Account information — your name, email address, and an encrypted password hash.
• Your records — incidents, notes, and any photos, PDFs, or voice recordings you upload. Files are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Usage data — basic logs (such as export and unlock events) that form your audit trail, and limited technical data needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide EvidenceKeeper: to store and encrypt your evidence, generate your reports, transcribe voice notes you record, run the AI Documentation Coach on text you submit, and process subscriptions. We do not use your private records to train third-party models beyond the request you initiate.
Encryption & security
All uploaded evidence is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, and each file carries a SHA-256 integrity hash. A separate Vault PIN protects your evidence locker and authorizes exports. We use secure, encrypted connections for all data in transit.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of trusted providers strictly to deliver the service: payment processing (Stripe, and RevenueCat for mobile purchases), transactional email delivery, and AI processing for coaching and transcription of the specific text or audio you submit. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time from More → Delete account or at /delete-account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
